Sometimes you will see a player killed by "Ambient Warfare". This means a player was killed without another player being directly responsible for the kill. For instance, if you jump out of a jeep while it's still moving, it will keep rolling. If it runs over someone at that point, since no one's driving it, the kill isn't awarded to a player, it's credited as being due to "Ambient Warfare". Note that firing a SAM at a teamate and jumping out of the SAM will count as a teamkill. Strangely one can use the SAM trick to teamkill even when theres no friendly fire
