This is a common glitch that can be found on the Close Corridors Archipelago map. It is activated by going to the Eucadian side and jumping off the cliff which faces the Chernovan side. When you are close (approx. 0.5 sec.) to hitting the ground, throw a grenade. If timed correctly, you will survive and only take minimal damage from the grenade.
